         <description>Huh, I was just in Laurel a few weeks ago, and come to think of it, nobody there seemed to realize RH&amp;B was a chain, either.  People touted it as their "local" Memphis barbecue joint.  But actually, there are dozens of them, across ten different states.</description>

         <description>Red Hot and Blue is a chain? I had no idea. There was one in downtown Laurel, and I thought it was the bomb. But then, we don't get restaurants like that in Canada, at least not ones worth eating at.</description>
