If you like both her and your brother-in-law, she's your sister-in-law.
If you like your brother-in-law but not her, she's your brother-in-law's wife.
If you don't like either of them, she's your wife's brother's wife.

:-)

My dad and my mom's youngest sister's husband get along very well, and dad has always referred to him fondly as an "in-law".

What do you call the new wife of your brother-in-law? Is there some special term for that, or is she still just your sister-in-law?
