I live in the panhandle of Texas and I find it best, to just choose something you want to wear and wear it no matter what the weathermen say, cause more often than not, they will be wrong.

My favorite is when they say a 10% chance of rain.

Oh Really 10%? Thats like me saying, on any given day in the year there is a possibility for rain, Come on you think I don't know it could maybe rain today, or it could maybe not, thanks for nothing.

If I got my job right the same percent of the time that most weathermen do, I'd be fired.
