The best thing ever? Random guy walks up to you and gives you a compliment, then smiles and walks off on his merry way. This ALWAYS makes my day. (Of course it's happened like twice in my entire life, but that's still ALWAYS.) If I saw that guy again in the future (even in the near future at the same event) and I wasn't married, you could bet I wouldn't mind some flirting.

I must admit I hate this. Usually it happens when we are out with a bunch of women and a couple of guys come up and try to make conversation. The thing is we only want to talk to each other because we haven't seen each other in a long time. And we are married.

I don't know how I would feel anymore it I were single, its been nearly 20 years since I was single.

I think funny is always a plus, a funny comment would probably open me to further conversation faster than smooth or flattering.

If the guy is handsome, intriguing, and alluring: yes
If the guy is a desperate, boring, and unsexy: no

I think you only need a wing woman if you need help facilitating the converstaion. They are also reputedly supposed to attract suitors, and let suitors know that - hey, another woman finds this guy good enough to hang out with her.

Does the wingman ever wind up with a woman? A serious question. You've got me wondering.
