         <description>I hope you get the steamer soon.  At Lantern last year, I sampled a friend's steamed grouper in black bean sauce.  OMFG.  So good.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;One pun from Wayne and Garth (but not Yan): "Cream of Sum Yung Gai".  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Pardon my vulgarity, but I still snicker every time I think of it.</description>

         <description>I would head to the nearest restaurant supply for the best quality.  Someone gave me a 'Joyce Chen' wok as a gift years ago and the thing fell apart after a few months.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Also, if you have a Japanese market near you (Mitsuwa? Marukai?)  you could blow a couple of paychecks there just buying sauces...&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Sorry.  All out of puns at the moment.</description>
