         <description>Well this is a new one for me.  I wonder if this also works for murder.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;"The sound of the gun going off woke me up."&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Apparently Norway is not as progressive as I thought.  This would not happen in the U.S.  Intent is not an element of rape.  It essentially just requires unwanted penetration, not even by force.  Sleeping, drunk, stupid  = no defense.</description>
