So, What's Up?
Tuesday, 2007 October 30 - 8:06 pm
Just catching up a bit.

Steve sent me an email asking if I was "getting lazy", seeing as how I hadn't posted my usual college football recap for the week yet.

This from the guy who's blog hasn't been updated in 369 days.

I really, really need to finish my Great Big Blog Revamp Project, which would allow me to post blogs directly online instead of having to have access to my laptop. It's almost done. (And yes, I know, I could have just used Blogger, or WordPress, or LiveJournal, or any number of canned blogging solutions. But I haven't yet found any one system that gives me all the features I want; that's why I'm writing my own. Also, I'm a giant geek.) Once it's done, I could, hypothetically, blog from work. But OF COURSE I wouldn't waste all those valuable work electrons for a superfluous activity like that. Ahem.

It's coming up on NaBloPoMo, National Blog Posting Month. I think, I think, I wanna try doing it this month, even though I've got my annual Las Vegas trip with the Monkey Boys this weekend. I'll have my laptop with me, and surely I can find a minute to throw out a pithy thought or two each day. Right?

We'll see.
