Spoiling the Fun
Sunday, 2007 November 25 - 3:17 pm
Stepped-up speeding enforcement on the local freeways this weekend.

We live near the freeway out here. That's both a blessing and a curse... it's nice to have easy access to the freeway, but it also means that when the State Highway Interstate Troopers decide to have a speed enforcement weekend, we get this thing hovering above our house all day long.

The speed zone enforcement started in earnest on Wednesday, and has continued throughout the weekend. In fact, I can hear sirens blaring right now.

Amy noticed a woman pulled over early in the morning on Black Friday. Hmm... how many bargains would that woman have to find, in order to make up for her $250 speeding-in-a-work-zone ticket?

More importantly, how many bargains did she miss out on during the 20 minutes it takes to go through the ticketing process.

Low inventory be damned...
