So... Close... | Thursday, 2007 November 29 - 9:21 pm |
Soon, all *this* I am achingly close to finishing my site redesign. I have all the PHP pages pretty much finished. I have a script that will convert the XML files of my iBlog entries and Haloscan comments into my new databases. It's soooo close. But I am kind of afraid of going live with a new site just one day before finishing NaBloPoMo. If I screw something up, better to do it on the first of December, yes? Also: I'm in dire need of an interesting banner graphic. You know, even though that's something I could change at will, I'm just having a hard time committing to something. It'll be the primary feature on the new page, and it needs to be good. It needs to reflect my life and personality, except maybe not quite so pornographic. Suggestions? |

Ok, stop me if you've already thought of this one, but here's what I had in mind... You...standing there with a baby in your arms...you're holding him up and facing him towards the camera, as to show him off...you have a smile on your face...almost like the photographer actually did say something funny and you're kind of chuckling...the baby is crying, though...follow me so far? Kind of see where I'm going with this? K. You have a nice button down collared shirt on, a tie, semi groomed hair...and in your hand you have... a gun... pointed straight at the temple of your enemy, errr infant... and your pants are off, but your shirt covers your 'down theres.' And in big letters above the picture is says... "Safety's off!" Thoughts? Yes? No? Thinking another direction? Let me know, because it doesn't have to be a baby. I think a baby would be the cutest, but it can be a golden lab puppy, or a bald eagle or something. |

I think, to reflect your do-it-yourself nature, the gun should be made from common household objects. |

I think it should include vodka somehow. |
