Blog Note: Site Updates | Saturday, 2005 April 2 - 12:33 pm |
The old site is slowly going away (much like the Pope). So if you're still trying to visit the old Real Kato Online, STOP IT. JUST STOP IT. I've put up redirect pages so that you automatically get sent to the new site now. If you've got a page with a bookmark to the old site, I would appreciate if you would update it. Now that I've gotten to this point, I'll probably start work on switching out Haloscan and using my own comment management system. That's going to be a bit of work, though. I'll also get some Google or AdBrite ads up, because there's nothing like making three cents a month for having a web site! Oh, and I finally figured out how to properly insert diacritical marks using iBlog. See, before, if I tried to just type a grave accent, it came out like this: Ž So I tried inserting the HTML equivalent, but iBlog took it literally and inserted this: é What I finally figured out is that I have to enter this unwieldy string: <htmlcode>é</htmlcode>*, to finally get this: é Hooray! ----- *In order to get this description of the unwieldy string to appear, I had to type an even MORE unwieldy string. |
