More Stuff That I Need To Say
Wednesday, 2005 August 10 - 11:25 pm
Sorry, got a case of blogorrhea today. Here are some thoughts that didn't make it into the first round of articles.

Today's three mile run: 26:50. Slightly better than previous efforts. I needed it too, because the salt-and-caffeine-avoidance diet thing just isn't going that well. Anyone know how much sodium is in a regular Quizno's turkey-bacon-guacamole sandwich? I'm guessing that alone is more than the recommended daily allowance... probably a couple thousand milligrams. And I had a diet coke, and a cup of tea, during the day at work.

"Boston Legal" was back on last night... but it was a REPEAT! What's the point in bringing a series back after a long hiatus if you're just going to show old episodes again? What have they been DOING this whole year? Besides changing half the cast members, that is.

A guy in South Korea died after playing video games for 49 hours. There's a lesson in there somewhere. I don't think anyone has ever died from blogging yet.

This text in an on-line dating ad really bugged me:

Trust me, you don't even want to know how much sodium is in lunch meat and bacon. Run away, run away!

I fell asleep on the sofa waiting for Boston Legal to come on. I didn't wake up until this morning! So glad I didn't miss anything.

At least she's self-aware.
