Wow. At least take charge about that phone. Pick it up and tell the caller to please refrain from dialing the number. If that doens't work, take it off the hook for a day or two. |

Can you turn the phone's ringer off? Or ask the administration to give it a voicemail box (that does not accept messages) with a message for the caller to call the main number? As for the fire alarm, that sucks. Alarms are soo annoying. Me, I hate the car alarms of people who park near my apartment. They are pointless really. |
