Dating Update
Thursday, 2005 May 19 - 11:53 pm
The possibilities are endless... and by "endless", I mean "two".

There's little real dating news, but I am making some new female friends, I think... and it just happens that they're cute and single. Well, I should say, certainly cute and presumably single.

One of them is GunGirl, and I can't really say all that much about her because I gave her the link to this blog and she might be reading. Hi, GunGirl!

For now, I'll just say that she's cute and smart, and she writes really great e-mails. I'm probably going to meet her in a couple of weeks, when she gets back from a trip. I'm excited about that.

The other is Rebecca, whom I discovered some time ago on Friendster. (Yeah, people still use that thing, apparently.) She noted there that she had a blog, so I started reading it. She went a couple of months without posting anything, but when she finally returned, I left a comment for her, and now we've Friendstered each other. Oh, and of course, she's reading my blog also. Hi, Rebecca! Maybe someday I'll get to meet you too, eh?

There's still not much action on the on-line dating site. A woman who described herself as a "devout Catholic" wrote to me. Perhaps I should just point her to a blog article? Or would one of the poop articles be better?

Wow, I've never seen myself referenced in a blog before--weird but kinda cool. When I just wrote "weird" I thought that it was spelled, well, weird, and I had to double check the correct spelling. This is making everyone question whether I really am smart, isn't it? But doesn't that happen to you? You type out a word and for some reason it looks strange or different and it's a common word but for some reason looking at it in print it looks bizarre. Anyway, hi Ken!

OK, just from reading GunGirl's one comment...I'm gonna guess that you're compatible!
